The 3rd Brain/MINDS Beyond MRI & Clinical Analysis Tutorial

Outline

Brain/MINDS Beyond MRI & Clinical Analysis Tutorial is an initiative which aims at enabling young researchers in the Brain/MINDS Beyond program to appropriately integrate and analyze multi-center data using already existing and future datasets from the Brain/MINDS Beyond MRI Protocol. 

We are organizing an online tutorial on "Brain/MINDS Beyond MRI Data (including HCP)" and "Standardization of the Quality Control (QC)". This tutorial is open to researchers outside of the Brain/MINDS Beyond program, and the content is planned to be applicable for all.

Audience: Researchers having experience in MRI analysis, statistics & analysis in CUI (MATLAB, Bash, R, Python, etc.)
