A multi-site, multi-disorder resting-state magnetic resonance image database

Summary

A research group led by Dr. Saori Tanaka, Director of the ATR Brain and Communications Research Laboratory, and Professor Kiyoto Kasai, University of Tokyo, has opened a neuroimaging database (Decoded Neurofeedback (DecNef) Project Brain Data Repository) of fMRI data of multiple psychiatric disorders captured at multiple institutions using a unified imaging protocol (1627 images were disclosed of 2414 images captured at 14 facilities) together with traveling subject data (9 subjects' 143 images caputured at 12 facilities).
