Contributing to the development of brain science.

The first Global Neuroethics Summit (GNS) was held in October 2017 in Tegu City, South Korea, as a conference to discuss ethical issues related to brain science centering on the internationally recognized brain projects and lead to the development of ethical guidelines in the future. From Japan, Dr. Kiyoto Kasai (the University of Tokyo) attended the meeting on behalf of Brain / MINDS, and the results were published in Neuron (Rommelfanger et al. 2018).
